1. Admission Fees

• Admission/registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   

2. Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees once paid are non-refundable.

• If withdrawal is requested 30 days before the start of the session, 50% of tuition fees (excluding admission fee) may be refunded.
   

3. Activity & Program Fees

• Fees for extracurricular activities, workshops, or special programs are non-refundable once enrolled.
   

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in specific cases:

• Parent transfer to another city (official proof required).

• Child’s inability to attend due to medical conditions (doctor’s certificate required).

5. Refund Process

• Requests must be submitted in writing to the school office or official email.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.

• Uniforms, books, and learning materials

• Transport charges (if availed)
